subscription basis.
What is the monthly fee?
The price per facility is $145.00 per month (plus applicable taxes). This is reduced for multiple clinic installations. There are absolutely no up-front costs.
What does this monthly fee include?
- Initial installation on up to three workstations
- Initial training session
- InTouch CD-ROM and User’s Guide
- Full maintenance and support of the software
- Ongoing InTouch software and User’s Guide upgrades
(several per year)
Is all support fully covered? No surprises?
No surprises. As an InTouch user, you may contact our support department as often as you wish with anything from operational questions to more technical support concerns.
I’m afraid of commitment.
There is no commitment on your part. Keep and pay for only one month of InTouch if you wish. Beyond that, you only have to pay for InTouch for as long as you use it, one month at a time.
I’ve never heard of this kind of plan before.
Can’t I just buy the software?
